This year the program features a new award calculation that will mean larger award amounts for most new awardees. Applications are due January 3rd, 2020.

SHPEP Application Deadline is February 5, 2020
The applications for SHPEP are open with a deadline of February 5, 2020. Attached is a pdf of the program’s tri-fold brochure. Additional information about the program and the online application can be accessed at the SHPEP national website, and more specific information about the UW’s program site can be found here. This is a free 6-week summer enrichment program for first year and sophomore college students from underrepresented and/or socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds interested in health careers.
