Approximately 80 students from Jackson and Josephine County high schools attended Hands-On Healthcare at the Oregon Institute of Technology on April 24, 2009 from 9:30 am -1:30 pm.


Some of the activities available for students included: heart or brain dissection, nuclear medicine imaging, simulated drunk driving of a golf cart, blood typing, and a panel discussion with admissions and financial aid personnel from OIT.
